Youth Excursion
This year, send your high school-aged student on a FREE educational vacation sponsored by Lake Region Electric.
Every year, we send at least three area kids on a power supply adventure: the Youth Excursion - a supervised, three-day learning retreat for high school students.
All area freshmen, sophomores, and juniors whose parents or guardians are members of Lake Region Electric Association can apply to win one of these fun-filled trips.
Tour dates will be announced annually in the March issue of the Cooperative Connections. Students ride in a deluxe bus, stay in a nice hotel, eat healthy meals, enjoy social activities and tour the huge power generation facilities that provide electricity to LREA members, all for FREE.
