Budget Billing

Budget billing is a program that is offered to our members that allows you to pay a fixed billing amount each month. The fixed amount is calculated based on your average usage for the past year. Readings are posted as usual, but the payment will be the same every month.

Each year in June, the budget billing figure is evaluated and changes are made to it by either reducing or increasing the amount you send in to more reflect your current usage.
